MS Dynamics 365 Implementation Analyst

We have an outstanding opportunity for MS Dynamics 365 Implementation Analyst to join an elite and leading international company and their dedicated team. The company have an exciting plan for digital transformation in the coming years. They are looking to fully upgrade their ERP solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and this role will involve playing a key part in the management and continuous development of the environment.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for design, configuration and implementation of the CRM system in the organization. The position would be responsible for business requirements gathering, document process workflow, solution design, project management and overall delivery of the solution.

Qualifications:

  • University degree
  • MS Dynamics 365 experience
  • Ability to assess, optimize, design and document complex business processes and functions
  • Very good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellence in English
