Microsoft Support Engineer (Workplace)

We are looking to add top talent to complement our Client's existing team of technology experts and are searching for a Microsoft Support Engineer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Escalation point for any escalated cases by the Technical Support Team
  • Maintain and support MS Active Directory services
  • Troubleshoot and support Exchange Server Operating services
  • Windows troubleshooting
  • Work to deliver on Service Level Agreements and ensuring that all support incidents are accurately recorded

Experience:

  • Education in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Windows Technologies (Active Directory Group Policies, Certificate Services, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
  • Able to speak and write English at a professional and technically proficient level
