Microsoft Support Engineer (Workplace)

We are looking to add top talent to complement our Client's existing team of technology experts and are searching for a Microsoft Support Engineer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escalation point for any escalated cases by the Technical Support Team
- Maintain and support MS Active Directory services
- Troubleshoot and support Exchange Server Operating services
- Windows troubleshooting
- Work to deliver on Service Level Agreements and ensuring that all support incidents are accurately recorded
Experience:
- Education in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Windows Technologies (Active Directory Group Policies, Certificate Services, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Team oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Able to speak and write English at a professional and technically proficient level
