Technical Customer Service Advisor with German and English

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Logging, resolving, providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues
- Actively gathering feedback and driving continuous improvement of services and processes
- Communication with international enterprise customers
- Working directly with staff in operations, quality assurance, engineering and product management to resolve issues and develop product enhancements
- Keeping up to date with all product changes and features
Skills and Experience Required:
- Work experience in a related role
- Technical background
- Strong problem solving, teamwork, and time management skills
- Highly customer-focused, analytical thinker who can quickly assess and identify customer needs
- Initiative for continued learning and willingness to accept new challenges
- Strong English and German languages proficiency
