Office Assistant

We are currently searching for a communicative and committed person to join the successful team of our client, an international production company, at the position of an Office Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of all office activities
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, coordinating meetings
  • Welcoming guests
  • Supporting the documentary and communication flows
  • Assisting with the preparation of administrative documentation
  • Translating business documentation from English to Bulgarian and vice versa
  • Various other administrative tasks

Attributes for Success:

  • Relevant university degree
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Very good English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literacy
