Office Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with the customers, business partners and institutions
  • Ensuring the smooth running of all office activities
  • Supporting the documentary and communication flows
  • Translating business documentation from English to Bulgarian and vice versa
  • Various other administrative tasks

Attributes for Success:

  • University degree, ideally in a business-related area
  • Previous experience in an administrative position
  • Very good English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, multitask and prioritize projects
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Computer literacy – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
