Key Account Manager - Existing Clients

We are excited to announce an opening for a Key Account Manager - Existing Clients, who would like to take their career to the next level by joining the team of our Client – a multinational company, regarded as a world leader in fleet management and car leasing with offices in more than 40 countries and 6500 employees around the globe.
Currently they are looking for a highly motivated and resilient Corporate Key Account Manager – Retention, who will provide excellent, high-touch support for the company’s international enterprise clients.

As a Corporate Account Manager you will be delivering excellent customer service and account management to your allocated account portfolio, you will maximize sales and profitability to contribute to the achievement of the company’s objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term and strong relationship with existing customers;
  • Visit clients, as appropriate, and build effective and trustworthy relationships with key managers across all levels of the client’s organization;
  • Ensure that client requirements are fully specified, understood and communicated;
  • Ensure that service levels meet customer expectations and keep the company informed on all relevant customer activity – both risks and opportunities;
  • Ensure that customer actions and requirements are communicated regularly and effectively across the company and liaise accordingly with other departments to resolve customer queries;
  • Provide Thought Leadership across your Customer Base to ensure Customers Objectives are Understood and Delivered against;

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Account Management in a B2B Environment
  • Strong Influencing, persuasion and relationship building abilities
  • Solution delivery and ownership and ability to look at new ideas and approaches
  • Strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and an outgoing, friendly personality
  • Very good English language skills
  • Team player
  • Leasing industry experience would be considered an advantage
