Administrative Assistant – Operations Department

Our client, a successful international trading company, is seeking a trustworthy and reliable Administrative Assistant to join its dedicated Operations team. The primary function of the Administrative Assistant is to provide direct administrative support to the Operations team in the ongoing execution of tasks and communication with the existing partners/clients of the company to ensure that the department is able to meet its excellent delivery process.

Essential Duties will include:

  • Providing skilled and efficient administrative support
  • Maintaining records and client’s database information
  • Coordinating order processing and generating reports
  • Ability to prioritize work effectively and proactively
  • Performing other ad hoc duties as required

Skills and experience required:

  • Well organized with attention to detail
  • Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Very good English skills – verbal and written
