Systems Administrator (VMware, Linux)

Our Client, a global hi-tech company, is expanding and seeking a qualified and highly motivated professional to join them at the position of Linux Systems Administrator. By joining the team of our partner, you will work with skilled professionals in a friendly team, where high quality and every opinion and idea are significant and valued.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform Linux & Windows Server System Administrator duties
  • Installation, maintenance and configuration of the servers
  • Setup and maintain local and cloud infrastructure and services including, but not limited to: networking equipment, virtual machines, and firewalls
  • Write and maintain moderately complex scripts
  • Install and configure system, custom, and third-party software packages

What you will need to have:

  • Core administration experience in both Linux and Windows environments
  • Experience in virtualization platforms such as VMware
  • Experience with scripting languages like Bash and/or Python
  • Experience managing network firewalls, VPN, email security systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, good written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions on your own
  • Very good knowledge of English
