IT Service Desk Agents with German

For our Client's well established internal IT Service Center in Sofia, we are looking for German speaking IT Service Desk Agents to support and operate our Client's internal enterprise IT services. You will be the first point of contact for the offices of the company around the world by helping colleagues who are seeking technical assistance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to queries via calls and web tickets within defined SLA’s
  • Log incidents and service requests, categorize and prioritize them, and manage their life cycle as per internal guidelines.
  • Resolve issues following procedures from Knowledge Database or dispatch to L2/L3 teams if further investigation is needed

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Excellent German language skills and very good English language skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with the usage of a ticket system and standard reporting utilities would be considered a plus
