AWS DevOps Engineer

Our Client is a product engineering company, one of the world leaders in their sphere. They hire people with a broad set of technical skills who are ready to tackle some of technology's greatest challenges and make an impact on millions, if not billions, of users.

Now we are looking for a creative, talented, and motivated DevOps Engineer who will be engaging closely with architects, engineering, and QA teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing infrastructure (build out autoscaling, support new services);
  • Troubleshoot and address infrastructure issues;
  • Design and develop automation in order to support continuous delivery and continuous integration processes;
  • Automate recurring tasks (for example, syncing data from the production Mongo cluster to a reporting server)

What You Need for this Position:

  • Experience working with AWS or Azure Cloud services;
  • Linux system administration background;
  • General familiarity with networking and security;
  • Experience in a production environment and familiarity with container technology and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Proficiency in high level script languages (Bash and Python preferred);
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
