Purchasing Operations Administrator

Our client, a successful international trading company, is seeking a trustworthy and reliable Purchasing Operations Administrator to join their dedicated team.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize and keep the outgoing and ingoing correspondence
  • Confirm and obtain tracking information on all orders for the company based on assignment
  • Confirmation of orders into computerized information systems
  • Obtain tracking information on all orders
  • Follow-up on and track progress of all backorders
  • Coordinate the processes with Warehousing department


  • Data entry, purchasing/sales support experience or equivalent
  • Good command in verbal and written English
  • Strong computer skills (MS Excel is required)
  • Detail oriented, clearly able to relay information to others
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
